Charming Garden started on a hot half-acre outside Austin, with a wedding to fill with flowers and no real idea what we were doing. The first year, half of it burned up in July. The second year, we learned to plant in October.

Everything we figured out the hard way is packed into these seed packets: what actually survives a Texas August, when to sow so you get long stems, and which natives will bring butterflies to a front yard by the second season.

We pack every order by hand, we test every variety in our own beds first, and we'd rather sell you one packet that works than ten that don't.
